The position involves consulting and implementing FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling) template processes, ensuring seamless integration across various application areas. As a process expert, you will be responsible for supporting adjacent process areas, including quality, development, production, logistics, investments, and Robert Bosch central functions.

Key responsibilities include:
* Defining process and solution design for requirements, deriving implementation plans, and documenting solutions.
* Leading worldwide roll-out initiatives in Home Comfort companies, ensuring successful system relocation from SAP R3 to S4/HANA systems.
* Providing support and training to key users in global locations, promoting efficient system usage and troubleshooting.
* Operating confidently in international project environments, collaborating with internal customers, and engaging in regular exchange with other process areas within Home Comfort and central finance and controlling functions.
* Actively contributing to the transformation of finance and controlling through process expertise and innovation.

Required skills and qualifications:
* Completed university degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Business Information Systems, or comparable field.
* Extended process knowledge in controlling, consulting, and SAP ERP/R3 and S4/Hana applications, especially in FI-, Co-modules and adjacent process areas.
* Experience in recording process requirements and process chains, project management methods (PEP and agile), and project implementations.
* Excellent moderation, communication, and documentation skills, with ability to maintain an overview in ramp-up phases.
* Ability to work hybrid, travel willing, and deploy flexibly.
