Talent Acquisition Manager:
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of recruitment experience who brings a startup mindset—comfortable working at pace, taking ownership, and building efficient hiring processes in a growing, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs
* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and professional networks
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
* Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
* Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition
Requirements:
* Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
* Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, or supplements industry hiring is preferred
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job boards, and ATS platforms
