Main Responsibilities Provide human resources and administrative management to meet business objectives within a fair working environment. Lead HR processes, policies, and tools to attract, retain, and motivate employees in line with Group standards. Partner with management teams to implement HR strategies supporting business performance and organizational development. Ensure reliability and data security of the payroll system. Plan and adjust manpower needs in accordance with business evolution and plant budget. Advise managers on organization design and staff development. Competencies & Requirements Master’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related field). Strong knowledge of local labor legislation. Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, including a solid background as a generalist in an industrial environment (automotive preferred). Proven experience across all HR processes and the full employee life cycle. Fluent in English and German (written and spoken). Additional Information This opportunity is confidential.
