Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end development of new products and ranges from concept to launch.
* Drive consumer-focused innovation aligned with brand identity and market trends.
* Manage packaging development with operations, procurement, and print partners.
* Ensure technical documentation and packaging comply with legal requirements.
* Safeguard brand consistency across all marketing and product touchpoints.
* Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and affiliates to support global initiatives.
* Execute global marketing strategies and ensure timely product and packaging launches.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in brand management FMCG and mass consumption products.
* Brand sensitive with a strong sense of brand equity and creative concept development.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communicator and excellent stakeholder management to engage with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Responsible with a problem-solving mindset.
* Fluent in English. Any other language is an asset.
* Highly skilled in Photoshop.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a marketing or communication related field.
