Job Summary
The role of a Security Activity Manager involves creating, defining, supporting and developing security activities and processes related to Managed Security Services provided for customers.
* Evaluate customer feedback and refine procedures to ensure superior customer service at all times.
* Collaborate with the SOC Manager and Project Managers as well as other Proximus NXT teams.
* Analyze and improve KPI's in accordance with services requirements.
This position entails managing the security interface between customers and Proximus NXT, consolidating and communicating periodic reports to customers, and managing, answering and transmitting security requests and needs within Proximus NXT.
