We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "HR Advisor" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
* Advising and supporting the business on all HR administrative processes and tools
* Administrative implementation of all individual HR measures e.g. movements and contractual changes
* Administrative support of the recruiting activities
* HR data maintenance and reporting
* Supporting the HRBPs in relevant HR campaigns e.g. performamce, goals and salary
* Supporting the HRBPs in initiatievs projects
Your profile:
* Completed studies in the field of business adminstration, Communication Studies or a comparable qualification
* Completed vocational training with many years of professional experience as a personnel purchasing agent
* More than two years of professional experience in the field of Personnel processing, Human Resources and Secretariat/Assistance
* First knowledge of SAP
* Knowledge in Google Workspace
* Knowledge of Project Management
* Fluent in German and English
