Join our international team and be part of something that truly matters.In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to our clients - schools, municipalities, and education authorities - and ensure they get the most out of AV1 and the value we bring through our mission.Guide and support clients from onboarding through long-term successManage pilots and rollouts, define objectives, track usage, and report outcomesTrain educators and decision-makers on how to implement AV1 in practiceIdentify opportunities for expansion and continuous improvementCollaborate cross-functionally with sales and product to strengthen our overall offeringYour voice will shape more than just day-to-day interactions. You’ll help define how we communicate, deliver value, and contribute to shaping the future of education for schools and students across Germany.A strong background in education, ideally in a leadership role with a minimum of 8 years experiencePossesses a strong understanding of the German education systemExperience working with or within local education authorities or municipalitiesConfidence in navigating both pedagogical and administrative contextsExcellent communication skills in German and good written/spoken EnglishA solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to build lasting relationshipsBonus if you’ve previously worked with edtech or supported implementation of digital tools in schools.Benefit from strong infrastructure and work with experienced colleagues.Great work environment: Including 2 "PJ days" for rest and recovery and a fully paid 1-month sabbatical after 4 years of service.Support for success: MacBook, iPhone, and home office setup assistance.We have offices in Munich, London, and Oslo, and remote colleagues across Europe.
