Your mission
* Follow-up on market & industry trends, producing reliable, accurate reports for the sales organization as a tool to steer business and internal stakeholders
* Continuously monitor competitors, providing key information to set the sales and support strategy
* Process, review and lead all incoming customer requests and keep all databases updated
* Lead the preparation of documentation and agreements (Tenders, MoUs, LOIs, Sales and Service Contracts, Agent, Dealership and Finder Agreements, etc.)
* Prepare and share with the direct hierarchy accurate and up-to-date metrics/KPIs for business, customer and market steering
* Participate in the Sales strategy definition, to plan ahead the Dornier Seawings market entry (and success) in specific market
* Work in close connection to all internal departments, acting as a role model for teamwork, following-up customer operations, supporting and bridging it to the internal organization, continuously seeking for customer satisfaction and on-time respond. Act internally as "the voice of the customer"
* Evaluate, prepare and participate in customer visits and events worldwide and in-house, as required
* Develop marketing strategies, including messaging, brochures, marketing materials, events contents, Social Media and presentations
* Overseeing marketing material production, including content creation, design coordination, supplier selection, and ordering (e.g., photos and videos shooting)
* Follow all internal processes as set by the organization, in due compliance, towards the policies and rules in place
* Work with remarkable discipline and ethics, being the example in organizational support, as per the company's global strategy, vision and mission
Your profile
* Engineering background, with solid commercial and financial awareness
* Minimum 10-year working experience in the aviation industry
* Proven track record in aircraft sales and marketing or other aviation-relevant area
* Familiar with the global aviation sales market, full knowledge of aircraft sales work process, sales strategies and sales channels
* Salesforce proficiency is a plus
* Strong ability in customer development, marketing and business negotiation
* Excellent communication skills in English, German desired
* Willingness to represent the company in events and availability for visiting customers and traveling worldwide
* Sales-oriented with good social and communication skills, both written and oral
* Self-motivated person, ability to inspire, motivate and steer others also as team player
* Flexibility, creativity, self-management and planning are key
