Job Description About your tasks: Execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects: planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, synthesis, and storytelling Translate business and product questions into clear research plans and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams Analyse behavioural product data (funnels, cohorts, segmentation, drop-offs) in collaboration with Data & Analytics Build a deep understanding of customer journeys, needs, and decision-making in the healthcare and e-commerce context Continuously contribute to our knowledge base and research repository Facilitate workshops and insight-sharing sessions Advocate for user-centered decision making across the organization Drive strategic and foundational research (e.g., segmentation, personas, JTBD) Coach and mentor designers and product owners in research practices Explore opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate research processes Increase the visibility and impact of UX research at leadership level
