Responsibilities
 * Assisting in the courses preparation processes with an efficient daily mise en place
 * Responsible for cleaning of the workplaces in compliance with the sanitary and cleaning policies and regulations
 * Supporting deliveries and restocking
 * Synergical collaboration with the Chef de Partie and the Kitchen Apprentices guaranteeing that every course matches all the standards
 * Proactivity, flexibility and openness to cooperate with the other cooking lines when necessary and required
 * Punctuality, great attention to details, customer centricity, high team working skills
Requirements
 * Hotel School diploma with high grade
 * Minimum 3 years work experience preferably at a high-level Restaurant/Hotel in the same role
 * Experience in working in à la carte, buffet and breakfast 
 * Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are also required (minimum B1)
 * Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must
 * Legal right to work in Italy
