Onsemi is seeking a dynamic and experienced EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global Talent Acquisition team. Based in Bratislava or Piestany, this role will lead a geographically dispersed team of recruiters across Europe and partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers throughout EMEA. The successful candidate will drive strategic recruitment initiatives, ensure compliance with European HR processes and labor regulations, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for senior-level and early-career talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a distributed recruiting team across multiple European countries.
2. Partner with senior business leaders and HR partners to align talent acquisition strategies with current and future workforce needs.
3. Oversee critical recruiting functions, including: Pre-onboarding processes Sourcing team leadership Vendor management program development Recruitment marketing initiatives
4. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
5. Build and maintain strong university partnerships to support early-career hiring.
6. Define and monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive efficiency, quality of hire, and continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate with global recruiting teams in Asia and North America on large-scale staffing initiatives.
8. Enhance onsemi’s employer brand across EMEA and globally, positioning the company as an employer of choice.

Qualifications
25. 10 plus years of experience in talent acquisition, including 5 plus years in a leadership role managing multi-country recruitment.
26. Strong knowledge of European HR processes, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
27. Proven success in university recruiting and building early-career pipelines.
28. Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment metrics, KPIs, and data-driven reporting.
29. Expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and vendor management.
30. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
31. Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage.
