A fast-growing, values-driven software business in the EHS / ESG / Risk Management space is seeking a
Head of Sales
to lead its commercial function across the DACH region. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing Sales, Pre-Sales, and BDR teams with a focus on revenue growth, sales excellence, and team development.

Your Role
* Own and execute the sales strategy across the DACH region
* Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Sales, Presales, and BDR professionals
* Expand and refine sales playbooks and processes for enterprise-level engagements
* Drive pipeline growth and conversion through team enablement and hands-on support
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
* Monitor performance through clear metrics, reporting, and forecasting
* Act as a senior commercial voice in the business and help shape go-to-market plans
* Travel as needed to meet with clients and support team development across the region
Requirements
* Proven experience in leading regional or international sales teams within B2B SaaS
* Background in EHS, ESG, Risk, GRC, Compliance, or related enterprise software preferred
* Experience managing full sales cycles for enterprise customers
* A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to leadership
* Fluent German and strong English communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and coach sales talent
* Comfortable operating in a remote-first environment with regular travel
