We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens This role offers the flexibility to work on-site or remotely anywhere within Greece. Location: Athens, Greece (On-site or Remote within Greece) Start Date: May 23, 2025 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week) Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide technical troubleshooting and problem-solving support. Maintain policy compliance and ensure excellent customer service. Adapt communication styles based on customer needs. Document and escalate complex cases as needed.
