The Role:
We’re recruiting on behalf of a major international conglomerate who is looking for a part-time Legal Counsel in Hamburg. This is a fantastic opportunity for a German-qualified lawyer (Volljurist) to join a well-established legal team and support high-level commercial work in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on commercial contracts and day-to-day legal matters.
* Draft and negotiate agreements (e.g., supply, procurement, service).
* Support internal teams with pragmatic legal guidance.
* Monitor legal developments and liaise with external counsel as needed.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified German lawyer with 1-3 years PQE.
* Solid experience in commercial law (in-house or private practice).
* Fluent German; English is a plus.
