This position provides second-level support for the transmission of reference laboratory results to the customeru2019s practice management system (vetOS), ensuring accurate and reliable data exchange. It exists to resolve complex or escalated transmission issues and to support the stability and integrity of system-to-system communication. Monitor data transmissions to ensure accuracy and reliability, and take corrective actions when needed. Document solutions and maintain clear records to support efficient issue resolution and ongoing improvements. Coordinate with customers and/or the 3rd-level vetOS support team to troubleshoot and resolve transmission issues, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the resolution process. Bacheloru2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
