Salary: 50.000 - 70.000 € per year Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering or a related field Experience in project management and product development Ideally, experience in the hand tools or power tools industry Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications Knowledge of CAD systems Willingness to travel up to 20% Responsibilities: Lead and develop New Product Development (NPD) projects in EMEA in accordance with the defined development process, covering all technical aspects of design and development Coordinate technical activities within NPD projects for professional products in EMEA, EMEA- or ROW-driven initiatives Review NPQ/PEAC/CTQs and coordinate outcomes across the teams Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Reliability, and After Sales Prepare documentation for EMEA sign-off to ensure technical specifications meet customer expectations Participate in 3D design reviews with Product Management and global engineering teams Collaborate closely with external partners and vendors throughout the NPD project Coordinate sample inspection reports with Product Management in EMEA and with Engineering and Quality teams in PRC for pilot runs and release to mass production Align with the team on temporary deviations and product release decisions Ensure the technical file is complete, accurate, and available for TTI EMEA at the product level Assess and sign off temporary deviation for engineering, if necessary, when required Technologies: 3D Support More: At Techtronic Industries (TTI), we are a world leader in cordless technology, specializing in power tools, accessories, hand tools, outdoor power equipment, and cleaning products.
