Your mission
As a Business Analyst at SYNTIVIS, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary project environment. You make sure that business and functional requirements are clearly understood, well-documented, and handed over efficiently to our delivery teams. You support our internal project management through clarity, structure, and traceability – without holding primary customer responsibility.
* Elicit, analyse and structure business and functional requirements for client and internal projects
* Document requirements in appropriate formats (e.g. specifications, tickets, user stories)
* Ensure completeness, consistency and currency of documentation throughout the project lifecycle
* Translate approved requirements into concrete work packages for delivery teams
* Support teams during implementation, testing and acceptance from a business perspective
* Maintain traceability between requirements, tickets and deliverables
* Contribute to improving internal processes and standards
* Participate in client workshops or alignment meetings
Your profile
* Initial experience in analysis, consulting or project roles
* Structured thinker with clear written communication
* Sound understanding of data structures, processes and project metrics
* Confident using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
* Fluent in German, good working proficiency in English
* Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion or modelling (e.g. BPMN, lightweight UML)
