Job Description:
* Administer and manage cloud services (Google workspace, Atlassian cloud, Slack, Office365)
* Provide technical support to our employees (software and hardware management)
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
* Communicate potential problems timely and efficiently to be proactive rather than reactive
* Plan, design and implement large scale projects
* Plan and coordinate with different stakeholders to provide technical solutions to their requirements
* Define and document best practices and support procedures
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in computer science (or related area)
* At least 5 years of experience running internal IT services
* Experience in managing SaaS services and digital workspaces (Google workspace, Atlassian cloud, Slack, Office365)
* Experience in designing, planning and execution of complex IT projects
* Experience with services migration is a big plus
* Good knowledge of networking concepts and technologies
* Must be organised and have the ability to manage projects of varying length
* Good problem-solving and strong communication skills
* Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
* Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently
* Proven experience with automation (scripting languages/Infrastructure as Code) is a big plus
* Excellent English skills both spoken and written and a solid command of German
