Then apply now to join Boehringer Ingelheim as a Masteru2019s student intern in Global Value & Access Learning Execution As part of the Cross-Therapeutic Area (X-TA) Access Learning & Community team, you will actively contribute to the design, execution, and continuous improvement of global learning initiatives that build critical capabilities for Value & Access professionals worldwide. You will work closely with global stakeholders, take responsibility for defined projects, and gain hands-on exposure to how learning strategies are translated into tangible impact across a complex, international organization. You will gain insight and hands-on experience in the following areas: Support the execution of the global Value & Access learning strategy, contributing to high-impact initiatives that strengthen capabilities across markets and therapeutic areas. Co-create, coordinate, and continuously improve global learning journeys for Value & Access roles, including onboarding, capability building, and talent development initiatives. Support the delivery of global training programs, workshops, and learning events (virtual and in-person), including preparation, communication, and follow-up activities. Develop high-quality learning materials and presentations, such as training decks, demos, walk-throughs, and communication assets for a global audience. Contribute to the implementation of new operating models and frameworks within Cross-Therapeutic Area Access, supporting change and adoption through learning. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across functions (e.g., Access, Pricing, HEOR, Learning) to ensure alignment and effective execution. Gain exposure to global Value and Access systems across key markets such as Germany, US, China, and Japan. Your Profile Currently enrolled in a Masteru2019s program (e.g., Public Health, Health Economics, Market Access, Business Administration/MBA, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field) Strong interest in learning & development, capability building, or organizational development, ideally within healthcare or life sciences. First experience or strong affinity with pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consulting, or market access is an advantage. Confident, hands-on user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize and structure complex information for different audiences. Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take responsibility. Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
