Job Description
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will independently manages key operational workflows across bug triage, operational requests, documentation, localization, and release coordination. You will advise stakeholders on product usage, identify recurring issues, and improve processes that reduce operational friction. This role requires autonomy, ownership, and deepening domain expertise.
Responsibilities:
1. Owning daily bug triage across the Home domain, assessing severity and routing issues.
2. Owning and reporting on key operational metrics ( TTFR, SLA adherence, backlog health).
3. Identifying trends in recurring defects and propose improvements or fixes.
4. Managing operational requests intake and enforce SLA expectations across stakeholders.
5. Creating and maintaining SOPs, documentation, templates, and FAQs.
6. Coordinating localization workflows across markets, vendors, and engineering teams.
7. Supporting mobile release management by maintaining calendars, tracking progress, and flagging risks.
8. Reporting recurring issues to Product and Engineering and supporting upstream improvements.
9. Supporting dependency management in the Home domain by clarifying missing details and flagging obvious timing or ownership conflicts in planning.
Qualifications
10. Experience: Around 4-6 years in Product Operations, Program Coordination, or Technical Support.
11. Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using Jira, Confluence, Miro, and working with API debugging tools (Charles/Proxyman), SQL, and log tools to investigate patterns independently.
12. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify root causes and recognize patterns, suggesting solutions.
13. Communication: Skilled at engaging cross-functional stakeholders and driving clarity.
14. Collaboration: Works effectively with Engineering, Product and regional teams.
15. Operational Judgment: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests reliably.
