AUFGABEN
* Design, develop, and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies
* Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents to build relevant solutions
* Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
* Conduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency
* Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
* Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes
* Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions
QUALIFIKATIONEN
* Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Copilot Studio, including desktop and cloud flows
* Experience in LLM&;s and in PowerBI is a plus
* Strong understanding of API integration and web services
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication in German and English
