🚀 We’re Hiring: Robotics Eng & Operations Execution (Hybrid Role)

📍 Location: Ottobrunn, Germany (On-site)

At Olive Robotics, we build the next-generation of ROS-native sensor systems and embedded AI hardware for real-world robotics. We’re looking for an engineer (Robotics or Electronics) with strong operation and execution skills.

This is a hybrid, high-trust startup role.

What You’ll Do (Real Startup Life)

You’ll sit at the intersection of robotics engineering, operations, and customer-facing work:

* Help engineers with integration, testing, demos, and prototypes
* boxes, labels, logistics — real hardware life
* Handle invoices & payments: upload to banking tools & DATEV, follow up with suppliers and customers
* Coordinate with our Steuerberater and keep things financially clean
* Support production & procurement for R&D and customer orders
* Maintain parts, hardware, office space, and demo systems
* Keep the office running smoothly: organize workspace, demo room, kitchen, and shared areas
* Update documentation, website (WordPress), and technical content
* Support sales & customers with technical explanations and onboarding
* Represent Olive Robotics at trade fairs, conferences, and demo days
* Act as a trusted execution partner to the CEO (contracts, events, follow-ups, “can you handle this quickly?” moments)

If something needs to be done so the company can move forward — you help make it happen.


Background & Qualifications

* Background in robotics / engineering or strong technical affinity
* Comfortable with computer, hardware, systems, and real products
* Not afraid of “boring but important” tasks
* Experience with sales and accounting workflows is a MUST!
* Startup mindset: ownership > job description
