Senior Brand Manager – Consumer Health (Central Europe)
We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead brand development and execution across Central Europe. This role sits at the intersection of global strategy and local market execution, ensuring brand growth, consistency, and performance across multiple markets.
Working closely with global teams and regional stakeholders, you will translate global brand strategies into actionable regional plans, drive innovation pipelines, and lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen brand equity and commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
* Support regional brand strategy across priority markets, ensuring alignment with global direction and local relevance
* Translate global brand playbooks into clear, actionable frameworks for regional markets
* Lead regional media and channel strategy, providing guidance for local execution plans
* Manage and prioritise the regional innovation (NPI) pipeline in collaboration with global and R&D teams
* Act as the key interface between regional and global teams to align on strategy, innovation, and growth priorities
* Drive insight-led decision-making through market research and performance analysis
* Lead cross-functional, cross-market projects to enhance brand performance and scalability
* Partner with local marketing and shopper teams to ensure seamless execution and consistency across markets
* Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to talent development and succession planning
About You
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* 4+ years’ experience in brand management within FMCG, consumer health, or OTC sectors
* Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills
* Experience operating in a matrix, multi-market environment
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complexity and deadlines
* Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
* Fluent in English (additional European languages advantageous)
