Your Day at the Oscars:
1. Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns to drive conversions and meet KPIs like CPA and ROAS.
2. Develop precise audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
3. Set up and maintain tracking systems for accurate campaign performance monitoring.
4. Analyze real-time data to optimize campaigns and improve results continuously.
5. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, platform-compliant ads.
6. Provide clear reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
7. Monitor social media advertising tools across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals.

What you’ll need:
9. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused paid social media campaigns, ideally within a performance marketing agency.
10. Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn and Instagram.
11. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of social media tracking technologies, including conversion APIs, tracking pixels, and data-driven campaign optimization.
12. Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analyzing campaign data and generating insights to drive improvements in key performance metrics.
13. Creativity and Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content and adapt strategies based on performance data.
14. Languages: Fluency in English or German
