They are seeking a dynamic International Sales & Business Development Manager to drive adoption of GFS tanks across Europe. The role is not only about selling, but about shifting market perception away from concrete toward advanced GFS solutions. This requires a professional who can blend strategic marketing, consultative sales, and long-term relationship building. Key Responsibilities Build and execute a market penetration strategy to replace concrete tanks with our clients GFS tanks. Lead business development efforts with EPCs, project developers, and end-users across Europe. Drive marketing initiatives – positioning our client as the superior alternative in durability, sustainability, and lifecycle cost. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and solution positioning to deal closure. Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer behavior. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade associations. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs. Requirements 10-15 years of international sales/business development experience in capital equipment, water, or biogas sectors. Proven success in shifting customer mindset and replacing entrenched solutions (e.g., concrete, steel) with advanced technologies. Strong marketing orientation – able to craft value propositions, storytelling, and campaigns, not just transactional sales. Resilient and entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in opening new markets and building something from the ground up. Skilled at navigating long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe. Engineering or business degree; MBA a plus.
