Proven experience in a leadership, consulting, or strategic operations role, preferably in an international logistics/supply chain environment. Strong business acumen and ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving key business initiatives. Highly analytical with experience using data to drive decision-making.
