About the Position Dexis Professional Services is seeking Manpower Operations Planners to support a potential opportunity with the Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa based in Stuttgart, Germany and/or Naples, Italy. The Manpower Operations Planners will support the AC/S for Administration (G1) in planning and programming MARFOREUR/AF manpower requirements. Responsibilities Coordinates across the staff in order to identify and validate manning requirements for steady-state activities, exercises, operations, contingency response, crisis response, and other headquarters functions. Generates Manning Documents for the above manning requirements. Facilitates Manning Document sourcing within MARFOREUR/AF and from external force providers such as U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command (MARFORCOM) and its major subordinate commands. Provides relevant and appropriate inputs to MARFOREUR/AF Orders and other directives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of directly related military experience; OR 15 years of directly related military experience. Possesses a US Secret or higher-level clearance and a valid passport. Has completed Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I. Must be able and willing to travel anywhere in the United States and the EUCOM and AFRICOM Areas of Responsibility. Must be able and willing to travel frequently (may be up to 25%). Must be able to work extended hours in support of exercise requirements. Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing, and able to brief senior military leaders. Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
