As a Scientific Education Manager - Dental Solutions (m/f/x)* reporting to the Scientific Education Leader EMEA, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
* Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with external: Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and academic advisors and internal stakeholders.
* Support the creation of high-quality content that reinforces scientific evidence, education and strategic communications.
* Organise educational programs, online and face-to-face across EMEA to train customers on the safe and effective use of Solventum materials.
* Present clinical and technical information globally to Solventum teams, customers, associations, and universities.
* Provide specialised clinical support to orthodontists, dentists, and advisors on complex issues related to digitally designed orthodontic and restorative products, focusing on Clear Tray Aligners.
* Enhance market awareness by sharing clinical insights and gathering customer feedback.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Dentist degree or higher and broad product knowledge across dental and orthodontic treatment processes
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
* Profound experience in curriculum design and delivery for healthcare professionals as well as in Key Opinion Leader strategy and engagement
* Strong understanding and product knowledge across orthodontic and dental treatment processes, including aligners, biomechanics and restorative workflows
* Highly motivated team player with strong skills in managing priorities effectively
* Strong customer focus and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as product demonstration capability
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* You enjoy working with colleagues from different functions, cultures, and countries
* Clinical experience in orthodontics and dentistry is a significant advantage
* Goal orientation
* MS Office knowledge
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 30+% internationally
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
