Your mission You are in charge of preparing payroll for both our national and international teams, working closely with our local service providers (Germany, Italy, Poland, France, Spain, Austria, Malaysia, Singapore & the US) You are the go-to person for our employees and managers when it comes to all things labor law and contracts – always ready to help out Whenever needed, you team up with our lawyers and support any new labor law or contract requirements, keeping our contract templates up to date You collaborate with international law firms to create bilingual employment contracts for new hires abroad. You stay on top of national and international changes in law and policy, and You keep the team in the loop (travel expenses, working hours, vacation, etc.) You own the creation, improvement, and review of all People-related documents You help the company grow by setting up or refining People processes and making sure everything is legally and payroll-wise covered You also support the ongoing development of Personio, our People management system Your profile You have successfully completed a degree or further training in payroll accounting, human resources or business administration or labor law You have already gained knowledge with international payroll accounting You have several years of experience in a labor law personnel function, in which you have drawn up employment contracts and contract adjustments yourself Your strengths include a responsible and structured way of workin g, combined with high quality standards You communicate fluently in German and English Why us?
