You will support the automotive sales process by delivering success through customer business analysis.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with product owners and documenting requirements based on those objectivesBusiness Process Modeling: Modeling automotive Sales/CRM processes, documenting current and future states to identify improvement opportunities and optimizationFunctional Design: Developing and documenting functional specifications for the systems and solutions required for the projectStakeholder Communication: Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders and reporting on the project's progressEducation and Training: Planning and providing user education and training on automotive processes or new systemsRequirements:Bachelor of information technology degree/Business Administration or comparable qualification3-4 year of experience in a similar role in the automotive industryIn-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, sales/CRM journey, supply chain processes is crucial for making informed recommendationsStrong background with SalesforcePrimarily with Automotive Cloud experience, Sales and Service Cloud as secondary skillStrong analytical skills to assess complex problems, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisionsEffective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, from developers and product owners to business leaders.
