Junior Investment Analyst – Real Estate (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
* Support in the acquisition and analysis of real estate investment opportunities across different asset classes
* Conduct financial modelling, market research and feasibility studies
* Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
* Provide support in due diligence processes for transactions
* Collaborate closely with senior team members in investment and asset management activities
Your Profile:
* Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
* First professional experience or internships in the Real Estate, Finance, Investment or Consulting industry
* Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modelling and valuation methods
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mentality
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is a must
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
