You will be the operational and analytical engine behind how we scale hiring—bringing clarity to complex data, building globally consistent processes, and designing automation that makes recruiting faster, cleaner, and more reliable. This role is equal parts discovery and execution: you’ll connect multiple data sources to uncover the real story behind our funnel, then turn those insights into scalable workflows and standards. What You’ll Do Build a multi-source TA reporting and analytics foundation by connecting and reconciling data across systems (e.g., ATS, GA4, spreadsheets, and partner tools), uncovering “hidden” business logic, and translating it into trusted, decision-ready dashboards. Own funnel insights end-to-end : define metrics and governance, QA report accuracy, and proactively analyze conversion, stage aging, time-to-fill/time-to-hire, cost of hire, and candidate experience to surface bottlenecks and opportunities. Be the ATS power user and data steward : configure workflows, templates, scorecards, and approvals; manage permissions and audit trails; ensure data hygiene through field standards, deduplication/merge rules, and process discipline. Design globally scalable recruiting operations : document SOPs and playbooks, standardize intake and interview loops, and create SLA frameworks (time-to-review, feedback turnaround) that work across teams and markets. Lead automation and systems integration as a strategic counterpart to the Global TA Lead—designing an automation framework, improving integrations (HRIS, scheduling, assessments, background checks, e-sign), enabling workflow automation (n8n/Zapier/Make), and handling data mapping and error triage to keep everything running smoothly. What You’ll Bring 3 years in TA Operations (or closely related Business/Process Analyst work) in a scaling environment—ideally across multiple markets and meaningful hiring volume. Strong analytics capability with real-world outputs : you’ve built dashboards and metrics, can blend multiple data sources, and you care about definitions, governance, and accuracy. Automation and integration fluency : experience with tools like n8n (or similar), comfort with webhook concepts and API literacy, and the ability to diagnose and fix workflow/system issues without chaos. Proven optimization track record : you’ve identified bottlenecks, shipped improvements, and measurably increased efficiency or quality across a recruiting process. A diligent, logical, and structured working style : you’re curious and relentlessly improvement-minded, but careful—solutions must work reliably in a low-margin-for-error environment.
