Your Responsibilities:
* You will lead the development of an innovative advertising platform that integrates DOOH, programmatic advertising, and dynamic pricing strategies.
* You will take on strategic and operational ownership of the platform development in close collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
* You will ensure seamless integration with leading DSPs, SSPs, and trading desks.
* You will incorporate AI and automation solutions to optimize audience targeting and campaign performance.
* You will actively shape the future of retail media through loyalty-based ad formats and digital activations.
Your Profile:
* Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or Retail Media.
* Minimum 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
* Expert of DSPs, SSPs, and the AdTech ecosystem.
* Strong background in product development and product launches of tech products.
* Great stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Willingness to travel to and work fromthe headquarter in Berlinfor about40%.
