Senior Field IT & Infrastructure Specialist (L3)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced L3 technical support across multiple European locations
* Handle escalated (L2/L3) incidents and complex troubleshooting
* Manage user accounts, devices, permissions, and access controls
* Administer Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), and security configurations
* Support account provisioning, VPN access, and identity management
* Perform imaging, configuration, and lifecycle management of IT assets
* Manage endpoints, printers, multifunction devices, and on-site systems
* Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)
* Collaborate with central IT teams on network integration and operations
* Work with virtualized environments (VMs, performance, updates)
* Support backup and recovery processes
* Ensure system stability across physical and virtual infrastructure
* Provide AV and meeting room support for internal events
* Manage storage permissions and secure access to internal tools
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers
* Handle hardware logistics, repairs, and replacements
* Support internal teams with technical feasibility and implementation guidance
* Drive continuous improvement in IT operations and processes
* Maintain documentation and operational standards
* Work closely with onsite and central IT teams
