Responsibilities Identify and define IT opportunities that drive real business value across BENELUX and Eastern Europe. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into smart, scalable solutions – from concept to implementation. Coordinate and align internal and external IT services with business priorities, ensuring reliability and value. Stay abreast of digital trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to improve operations. Track performance and ensure every IT investment delivers measurable business results. Maintain stakeholder relationships by traveling to customer locations across BENELUX and Eastern Europe as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Partner, Business Analyst, IT Project Manager). Strong understanding of core business processes (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.). Exceptional communication and presentation skills, engaging audiences from shop floor to C‑suite. Client-focused mindset with ability to build trust and long‑term relationships. Self‑starter attitude with a passion for results. Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
