Job Specification: MEP Supervisor / Site Manager
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Company Overview:
Our client is a global general contractor with a turnover exceeding £1bn, delivering some of the most technically challenging hyperscale and colocation data centre projects in Europe. With an established presence in Frankfurt, they are expanding their delivery team to meet growing client demand.
Role Overview
The MEP Supervisor / Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day installation, coordination, and quality of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) systems on large-scale data centre construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring works are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise on-site MEP installation works (HVAC, electrical, BMS, plumbing, fire protection).
* Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
* Manage daily site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
* Review technical drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.
* Support commissioning activities and system integration testing.
* Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and resolving issues.
* Liaise with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.
* Report progress, risks, and delays to the Project Manager.
* Enforce health & safety compliance across MEP activities.
* Ensure as-built documentation and O&M manuals are maintained.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven track record as an MEP Supervisor / Site Manager on large-scale construction projects (preferably data centres, critical infrastructure, or high-tech facilities ).
* Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems, installation standards, and commissioning.
* Experience managing specialist subcontractors in a live construction environment.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills in English (German advantageous but not essential).
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
* Relevant trade or engineering qualification (degree/HND/apprenticeship).
* Valid right to work in the EU or eligibility to relocate to Germany.
