Responsibilities:
* Conduct consulting projects focusing on strategic challenges of OEMs and suppliers in the global markets for aircraft, passenger and cargo drones.
* Design and implement creative solutions along the product lifecycle, including streamlined product development and production processes, increasing production rate and supply chain performance, digitalization of value streams, and sustainability initiatives.
* Transform functional areas and entire companies towards customer-centric thinking and efficient end-to-end processes and organizations.
* Support the acquisition and development of innovative consultancy projects.
* Foster a strong international aerospace community, including specific knowledge development.
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in economics or aerospace engineering, ideally supplemented by an MBA or PhD.
* Several years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or the international aerospace industry.
* Well-founded knowledge in strategy development and implementation, as well as process and organizational design.
* High process understanding along the entire value chain.
* Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
