HOLOGATE is looking for a highly motivated VR Systems Technician & IT Support (m/f/d) to join our Enterprise Support team. Provide inhouse, remote, and on-site technical support for HOLOGATE VR systems, covering hardware, software, and network-related issues
Diagnose and resolve system, hardware, software, and configuration issues, taking full ownership of support cases until resolution
Manage, prioritize, and track multiple support cases and installation tasks in line with agreed service-level agreements (SLAs)
Fluent in German and English (both required)
Hands-on experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
