What You’ll Be Doing: End-to-end SaaS sales recruitment across Germany & wider Europe - contingent, retained and multiple hire Owning client relationships: from BD and onboarding through to close Sourcing and engaging top-tier SaaS sales talent (AE, SDR, Sales Leaders etc.) Leading interviews, managing offers, closing placements Partnering with ambitious founders, VPs and investors scaling high-growth tech companies What We’re Looking For: Experience working agency-side – ideally in sales or SaaS recruitment 360° mindset – you get BD, you get delivery, and you want to do both A proven track record of billing – and hungry to beat it A builder’s mentality – not just filling roles, but shaping accounts Berlin-based (hybrid) and fluent in English and German What You’ll Get: >€100k OTE - generous commission structure – no cap, no limits A path to Principal or Team Lead – we’re growing, and we’re building internally High-performance environment – lean, direct, and ambitious Hybrid flexibility – modern working style, no micromanagement What We Don’t Want: ❌ Low energy or bad vibes ❌ Someone who ‘waits’ for things to happen instead of making them happen ❌ People who just ‘turn up’ instead of getting stuck in If you’re hungry, ambitious, and ready to take your career (and commission) up a gear, we should talk.
