Your tasks
9. Processing and managing applications in the certification authority for classified information protection
10. Identification and registration of applicants (international)
11. Creation and issuance of user tokens, smartcards and corresponding certificates for the use of IT hardware
12. Supporting users with renewal/extension, blocking/unblocking of user tokens and smartcards
13. Advising users on the handling of user tokens and smartcards
14. Collaboration with the IT department
Your profile
15. Completed commercial or technical vocational training
16. Several years of professional experience
17. Good oral and written communication skills
18. Friendly demeanor and communication skills
19. High level of customer focus
20. High level of discretion, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
21. Experience in using MS Office applications, familiarization with the department's software products
