Responsibilities
1. First and Second Level Support: You provide technical assistance to our internal users
2. IT Service Management: You handle tickets using our ITSM tool and ensure that incidents and service requests are documented and resolved efficiently
3. System Administration: You manage user accounts, end devices, monitor and Troubleshooting the availability and performance of IT services
4. Coordination of External Service Providers: You coordinate external IT partners and ensure smooth collaboration
5. Project Leadership: You independently lead small to medium-sized IT projects, such as rollouts, upgrades, or process optimizations
Profile
6. You have a completed university degree or a completed education in the field of IT
7. You bring solid experience in IT support and IT service management (1st & 2nd level)
8. You’re confident working with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and mobile device management tools (, Intune)
9. You have strong analytical skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a clear service mindset
10. You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team, and show initiative and curiosity to keep learning
11. Ideally, you have experience with ITIL practices, project work, or relevant IT certifications (, MS-900, AZ-104)
