THE ROLE Reporting to our Head of Learning Enablement, Svitlana Kulynych, as the Learning Experience and Platform Operations Manager, you will own the core infrastructure that powers internal, customer, and partner enablement at Spryker. Your work will ensure platform excellence, data integrity, and a seamless learning experience across multiple systems, supporting product adoption and project implementation. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator and architect of our AI-powered learning ecosystem—centered around Sana Labs, awarded the 3rd Best Learning Platform Implementation 2025 by Learning Technologies UK. You will work at the intersection of enablement operations, learning experience design, and AI innovation. YOU WILL Platform Management Own & Administer Platforms: Act as the primary administrator and technical owner for Spryker’s core enablement touchpoints including Sana Labs (LXP/LMS), EverAfter Portals, HubSpot, and Confluence. Configure & Optimize: Manage system integrations (CRM, HRIS), user provisioning, content deployment, and rollout of new features. Maximize AI Potential: Embed and govern Sana AI tools (AI Search, AI Tutor, AI Content Creation Agent) across the enablement ecosystem to elevate learning and operational efficiency. Learning Experience (LX) Design Architect Enablement Journeys: Design a cohesive enablement architecture across internal, customer, and partner portals (Sana Learn, HubSpot, EverAfter, Confluence). Define Standards: Establish and enforce UX, design, and quality principles for all enablement content. Lead Communications: Own platform-related communications to ensure visibility, clarity, and engagement. Data, Analytics & Reporting Measure Impact: Co-develop the enablement impact framework and define metrics aligned with business goals. Own Reporting: Lead internal and external learning analytics (consumption, completion, engagement, outcomes) across Sana Learn, Superset, and Google Sheets. Ensure Data Integrity: Partner with the Data Team to maintain high-quality data pipelines and manage stakeholder communication. WHAT YOU NEED Learning Technology Expertise & Proactivity 3 years of experience in Learning Operations or LXP/LMS administration (Sana experience is a strong advantage). Demonstrated fluency and regular use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Descript, NotebookLM, etc.). Strong curiosity and proactive mindset for exploring new technologies and platform enhancements. Desire to drive automation using tools like n8n or similar integration platforms. Strategic Data & Reporting High proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation, with ability to link learning activity to business outcomes. Experience collecting, synthesizing, and integrating feedback into platform and content improvements. Learning Experience & Communications Ownership Ability to design and execute end-to-end communication campaigns across multiple enablement platforms. Background in communications or project management is a strong advantage. Understanding of learning design principles and their application in digital learning environments. Proven ability to work with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights and guide enablement initiatives. Strong independence, initiative, and the ability to drive LX innovations across the organization. Languages Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) is required. LI-Remote
