[📌 About the position]

* Title: Regional Sales Manager (Germany)
* Location: Frankfurt am Main

[🎯 Main Responsibilities 🎯]

1. Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to achieve assigned quotas

2. Manage and grow our existing network of distribution channel partners within your assigned territory

3. Identify, develop, and secure new channel and key accounts

4. Prospect and qualify new leads

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors

6. Negotiate and close sales deals

7. Manage and mentor assigned sales representatives

8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations

9. Analyze market trends and competitor activity

10. Contribute to the development and execution of regional and national sales strategies

[📌 Qualification & Experience]

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
2. Ability to conduct Tech sales in cobot industry and strong understanding of the industrial robotics market
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills & build strong relationships
4. Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
5. Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic (willing to work on a Base+Commission based scheme)
7. A desire to aggressively contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization
8. Problem solving mind-set on the go-to-market strategy

[📌 Preferrence]

1. Bachelor Degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field)
2. Engineering background (Robotics / Automation / Mobility ..etc)
3. Experience working with CRM software
4. Fluent German + English
