Operations Finance Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented individual to support the EMEA Power Tools Division as a Financial Analyst.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence by providing financial insights and analysis to departmental managers.
Responsibilities:
* Support the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial results through active management and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver complex monthly reporting, including actuals and year-to-go forecasts with clear insights.
* Analyse and present monthly performance to departmental managers, identify key trends, potential risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
* Support the annual budgeting process, including planning, reporting and presentation. This involves close collaboration with departmental managers and preparation of budget packages.
* Design and develop new financial reports and analytics to enhance visibility, drive profitability and strategic decision making.
* Participate in cross-functional projects, such as internal process optimization, cost saving initiatives, and control enhancements.
Requirements:
* Analytical skills with good understanding of financial KPI's and performance metrics.
* Process oriented with a logical and inquisitive way of working, competent in identifying efficiencies and improvements.
* Proven knowledge in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across functions.
* Willingness to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with knowledge in presenting complex information clearly.
* Strong time management skills with the willingness to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in Operations Finance or Manufacturing is highly desirable.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with SAP FI/CO modules.
* Background in FMCG or a similar fast-paced, product-driven sector is preferred.
