Director - Modeling and Meta-AnalysisJob SummaryOur directors are essential contributors to our team. They work across various projects and own specific projects, deliverables, and timelines. You will lead and mentor in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, global organization.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesGuiding and mentoring junior and mid-level consultants on trial data analysis and evidence synthesis projects and conducting quality control of project deliverablesReviewing project reports and other deliverablesAdhering to project budgets and timelinesLeading client interactions and outreach to ensure client satisfactionLeading requests for proposals and supporting the growth of the business through the development of strong client relationshipsEffectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDeveloping, implementing, and maintaining internal processes and quality standardsKeeping abreast with the latest developments in the fieldDisseminating and integrating new methods into the businessContributing to thought leadership and publicationsExperience, Skills, and QualificationsMaster's Degree or PhD in any relevant science, such as health economics, econometrics, economics, pharmacy, epidemiology, statistics, or medical sciencesHighly experienced within the field of HEOR, with hands-on experience in trial data analysis and/or evidence synthesis, and familiarity with analysis positioning in the context of health economic modelling, reimbursement dossiers, and health technology assessment submissionsExperience with leading data analysis and/or evidence synthesis projects, including:Bayesian network meta-analysis, including non-proportional hazard methods and meta-regressionPopulation-adjusted indirect treatment comparisons, including matching-adjusted indirect comparison, simulated treatment comparison, and multi-level network meta-regressionSurvival analysis, including flexible and innovative methods not limited to landmark survival analysis and methods for incorporating external dataUtility analysis to inform health economic modelsBespoke statistical modelling of clinical trial patient-level data to inform health economic modelsAnalysis of surrogate endpointsIntellectual curiosity and independenceExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) along with the ability to question the status quoAbility to communicate complex (statistical) methods to internal and external stakeholdersProactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting prioritiesTeam player and able to work independentlyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPointExperience with statistical software: R (version control, RMarkdown, and Shiny would be an advantage), STAN (or equivalent MCMC simulation software)Travel Requirements:Up to 10% of Global TravelAbout OPEN HealthOPEN Health unites deep scientific knowledge with wide-ranging specialist expertise to unlock possibilities that improve health outcomes and patient wellbeing.
