Aufgaben:
* Integrate third-party and internal software components, ensuring overall system stability, compatibility, and performance
* Plan and execute integration, regression, and release testing; coordinate and manage software releases
* Provide Level 3 support by troubleshooting complex issues and performing root cause analysis in collaboration with teams
* Act as the technical interface between support/operations and development, guiding design and integration of system components
* Oversee system installations, updates, and configurations, ensuring traceability and consistent environments
* Create and maintain documentation, share knowledge, and support onboarding and enablement of support teams
Qualifikationen:
* Minimum Requirements:
* Degree in computer science or equivalent with relevant professional experience
* Fluent English in writing and speaking, strong communication skills
* Solid Linux knowledge, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (Shell programming, software packaging, system administration)
* Experience with software testing, release management, and system installations
* Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
* Preferred Requirements:
* Experience with Flexera/Revenera license products (FlexNetEmbedded, -Publisher, -Operations)
* German language skills
* Experience working at the interface between development, support, and operations
* Ability to travel
