Your tasks
9. Independent management of projects with a focus on optimization and engineering in the area of final assembly.
10. Close collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and the Industrialization department as a central interface between manufacturing and support.
11. Supporting the production management in day-to-day operations and representing the master craftsmen in the production areas.
12. Creation of evaluations, monitoring of the most important KPIs, and recording and documentation of various processes.
13. Ensuring sustainable and results-oriented working methods across all relevant interface areas.
Your profile
14. Completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's degree).
15. More than 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and at least 1 year of experience in project management.
16. Fluent German and English skills for communication in an international environment.
17. Excellent organizational skills, structured thinking, negotiation skills, and persuasiveness.
18. Ability to self-organize and an empathetic way of working with people.
