After becoming the fastest-growing restaurant chain in the Nordics, we are now picking up speed in the German market. We are entering the market from a position of strength. By 2025, the Pincho Nation chain reached 90 restaurants, and we served over 5 million guests. Building on the success of our first location in Kiel and our recent opening in Bremen, we have now signed our very first franchise restaurant in Karlsruhe.
We are looking for a Franchise Expansion Manager who will build on this momentum and make Pincho Nation a major player across Germany. You will report to the Head of Expansion and play a vital role in our growth. We know that finding the perfect location is key, but finding the right franchisee is what truly makes our restaurants thrive
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise & Partner Relations
• Recruit, attract, and support franchise partners from first contact through to restaurant opening.
• Travel to meet potential partners, present the Pincho Nation concept, and inspire them to join our journey.
• Negotiate and sign franchise agreements, initially alongside our Expansion Manager based in Sweden.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and other strategic partners.
Market & Location Monitoring
• Actively scan the market for new locations, both existing and in development.
• Lead the site search, support in negotiations with landlords, construction, and opening processes up to launch.
• Build and maintain networks with hospitality/gastro industry players, landlords, brokers, and developers.
• Attend fairs, industry events, and networking forums to increase visibility and deal flow.
Local Preparation & Analysis
• Collect data on rents, local restaurant trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies on new cities – guest potential, workforce, and logistics.
Coordination & Support
• Work closely with the Head of Expansion to maximize results and drive Pincho Nation’s German expansion strategy.
• Follow up leads and potential candidates with Franchise broker ( Franchisefocus.de )
• Follow up real estate brokers, with clear goals in corelation with potential franchisees locations.
• Act as the link between HQ in Sweden and Pincho Nation in Germany to create synergies that drive leads to Pincho Nations platforms.
Who Are You?

If you have a solid foundation in some of the areas below and a passion for building something new, we want to hear from you.
• You have a track record in expansion and business development with experience in building and scaling brands in a new market
• You bring experience in franchise establishment and partner recruitment
• Background in Gastro/hospitality, or you may also come from retail, real estate, or other sectors where establishment and networking are key.
• You have experience in finding locations and understand the German property market
• You understand the financial foundation of a business case and can justify expansion decisions based on numbers.
• You are a natural relationship builder with a strong network. You are also someone who is competitive and result-oriented, yet remains a collaborative team player with low prestige.
• You are fluent in both German and English
Location
Our expansion is focused on the Western and Northwestern regions of Germany, including Baden-Württemberg. We are flexible regarding your home base. You can be located anywhere with easy access to our primary growth areas.
