The name of the project(s): Creative Producer - Playable ads Platforms: Mobile About the Role We're looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented Creative Producer to own the ideation pipeline for Casual Puzzle and Match-3 playable ads. This role is responsible for generating new playable concepts, exploring fresh gameplay ideas, identifying creative opportunities, and translating ideas into clear production-ready briefs. The ideal candidate understands what makes mobile game ads perform, has strong instincts for gameplay and user engagement, and can quickly turn rough ideas into compelling concepts that teams can execute. For which tasks (responsibilities)? Create New Playable Concepts Generate original playable ad concepts for Casual Puzzle and Match-3 games Develop new gameplay hooks, rescue scenarios, puzzle mechanics, interactions, and visual themes Create variations and iterations of successful concepts Explore new creative directions beyond existing market formulas Maintain a continuous pipeline of production-ready ideas Research & Analyze Trends Monitor top-performing mobile game creatives across the market Identify emerging trends, patterns, and creative opportunities Analyze concept fatigue and creative saturation Translate insights into actionable concepts and creative directions Develop Production-Ready Briefs Define gameplay flows and player interactions Document success and failure states Communicate emotional goals and creative intent Create clear briefs that production teams can execute efficiently Visualize Ideas Create storyboards, mockups, references, and visual explorations Use tools such as Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, and AI creative tools to communicate concepts clearly Quickly prototype or visualize ideas when needed Turn abstract ideas into visuals that others can immediately understand Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with Creative, Production, Partnerships, Product, and Research teams Present and explain concepts Support teams throughout production when clarification is needed Help maintain alignment between the original concept and the final execution What kind of professional are we looking for? Strong creative ideation skills Deep understanding of Casual Puzzle and Match-3 games Strong gameplay and game design instincts Ability to simplify ideas into highly readable interactions Experience writing creative briefs and concept documentation Strong visual communication skills Ability to create mockups, storyboards, or visual references Strong understanding of user engagement and ad psychology Nice to Have Experience creating playable ads Experience working with Casual Puzzle, Match-3, or Puzzle game creatives Motion design experience Experience using AI tools for ideation and content creation Basic understanding of game production pipelines
