We are seeking a high-calibre Patent Attorney or Lawyer - Litigation Associate to an excellent law firm - Intellectual Property team. This role is focused on high-stakes, business-critical patent disputes across technically complex industries, including [e.g., Litigation Management: Support and lead workstreams on complex patent infringement and validity disputes, from pre-action correspondence to trial.
Work with international counsel on multi-jurisdictional patent strategies.
Drafting: Prepare high-quality pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel and experts.
